After almost a decade with another BMW dealership and my lease coming to an end, I was having a hard time deciding on my next vehicle. Really appreciate his help and the way he managed everything.
I previously serviced my cars at BMW Durham, but due to needing to fix an issue with my key urgently I decided to use BMW Toronto. I left my car in the morning, and when I came to pick it up I discovered it was damaged by their service department. They gave me back my keys without mentioning anything. If I didn't do due diligence and checked my car before leaving, I wouldn't be sure that the car was damaged while in service.
