I went to get an alignment as they were offering a special offer for the month of May. I had specifically told my service advisor that my steering wheel was pointing to the right while driving straight. When I picked up the car at the end of the day, within 500 meters of leaving the dealership, I could tell that my steering was still off the right. This is the worst experience of my life for a car. The service dept are horrible. I just got a flat tire and tried to order a new one and I can’t because I don’t know the model of tire they sold me and they don’t either. How is this humanly possible???? Their goal is to keep you coming back into the dealership. This is second experience like this. More anecdotes on service department but I don’t have the space to write them all. There is absolutely no customer service here. None of the sales managers answer their phones and the two salespeople I spoke with seemed unwilling to put in the effort to work on a trade.
