I have given Sherry Matula only five stars, because that’s all there were; but she’s worth ten. Recently purchased a used 3 Series 328xd. The car is a 2015 with very low kms. The sales experience was good. The delivery experience was exceptional. My sales advisor, Mas, was on top of every little detail and question I had. He was super-responsive, energetic, and so enthusiastic about making sure I was happy and I was getting a properly prepared and delivered vehicle. When I went to pick up the car, it was immaculate. I’ve been coming to BMW Toronto for many years and now drive well over a hour to do so for a reason. The honest service. Brought my car into dealership for some recall service work and was lucky to have Maria assist me with checking in while taking great care of me and my 2011 model. She even had me picked up when ready to collect and got me back home in an uber, fully caffeinated! Great service and the work done to my car was as expected; quality.
I have taken my car for service to BMW Toronto since 1999, and it has always been a positive experience. In the last 10 years or so, I have had the good fortune of dealing directly with Sherry Machula as my service advisor, and with Dorin as the highly-skilled technician who is just amazing.
