Terrible. Took my bmw in for service when the car was stuttering and engine light came on. After three days they told me it needed a new battery. Seemed strange but they said the light was gone andagreed to keep it overnight and test again. Paid over 1800 only to have problem return. Their offer was to bring it in and they would have a look. Do NOT go there.

Great dealership. Sales and service treat you very well. Switched to BMW Toronto from Parkview BMW due to a snobby sales manager who talked to me like I was something the cat dragged in when so was buying a car. Own 3 BMWs, got the last two at BMW Toronto where the staff was very friendly and personalized everything. It has been great! Ask for Maria to be your service manager. She is terrific. Personable, friendly, efficient and knows the cars.
