I entered into a lease agreement with Tony, a former sales representative at your company who has since left this year. Since his departure, I have experienced difficulties in getting my leasing-related issues properly addressed. I had purchased a “service package” which expired March 29th. The dealership scheduled my routine service date for April 8th to avoid it being covered. I asked them if they could honour it since it had only been 10 days since the coverage expired. They said no and refused to help. We have been a customer for almost 15 years and have purchased 5 vehicles as a family. This dealership has no loyalty.
Great staff, very courteous people, and amazing service. Special shout out to Reza Heydar for taking care of our new car, making the whole experience as smooth as possible. That’s what I’m expecting when buying a BMW: updates on the delivery plans, quick communication over email, and getting the car at delivery.
