In October 2024 I took my wife's car (BMW X3) to replace the engine mounts. I originally had an estimate from them, but after leaving the car at the Shop, a new, more expensive estimate was given to me for the same service (first red flag). Company policy is that they only install parts that they provide. OK. After a few miles leaving the shop, I realized that I had lost the front wheel alignment and the car was pulling to the side (second red flag).
