James was incredibly helpful when I've needed service on the ac for my vehicle. He was knowledgeable, patient and always kept me updated with my options and the progress. Great experience!
So happy to see Ben who was at the Hendricks Audi dealership is now at the Hendricks BMW dealership. He was great at Audi and is Great at BMW. He kept me updated on the progress of my car all day. I had to come in for a flat tire and he was able to get my car serviced at the same time.
336$ for an oil change? and they forgot to reset the due service notification. also forgot to put back the cover for the transmission plug.
It’s interesting how you overlook a dealer service because of the brand and that’s what we have been doing. But when the service gets so bad that service Center doesn’t return calls or messages when they actually recalled the car and ask you leave it in the shop and go!! I know where not to go now!!
I have owned two BMWs and have taken to my car at both BMW dealerships in the Austin area, but BMW of South Austin by far exceeds any other dealership when it comes to truly caring for the customer. The staff is nice and friendly and everything is so seamless and straightforward. For me, the star is the Service Advisor : Brian Woolverton.
