Saad is Amazing. Brought my older x5 for water pump and thermostat replacement, not only did he do an excellent job replacing them. He went above and beyond and resolved a coil issue at no additional cost. I have found my forever mechanic.
BMW Shack is magic! My 2006 convertible was towed there after a dealer told me the engine was cooked and couldn’t be repaired. BMW Shack quickly diagnoses an eminently fixable problem with leaky hoses. A day later the car ran better than ever. I can’t say enough great things about Said and the BMW Shack.
So I found this mechanic hoping to get my husbands car fixed, thankfully he was able to take it in right away but got a call today and come to find out I was scammed out of 800 for a part he did not even put in the car. I got my money back cuz he knew he was wrong but that’s not the point or how to treat anyone or due business. If you go to them I highly recommend being very cautious. My name is Wayne I had a great experience with bmw shack very friendly people honest and fair best experience at an automotive shop thanks.
My car kept overheating and was in a different shop from December 16th to mid February. They finally said they couldn't fix it. BMW Shack got the car right in, and figured it out and fixed it in 2 days. They are amazing! Edit June 2025 - I had a new, seperate issue with my car, and BMW Shack saved the day again! They helped me get my car to their shop (again) within a half an hour of when I called Saturday. I had it back and running perfectly by the early afternoon Monday.
