To all that are interested. I am a 28 year professional mechanic that has come accross a unique problem with my 2014 BMW 535i. Being retired and out of the ever so quick evolution of the electronic/ computer world , I realized that I am no longer qualified, and did not have the necessary tools to diagnose and correct my problem. That's where the BMW Shack comes into play, Saad ( the owner operator) had taken on such a challenge. My problem had taken leg work, research , and unfortunately trial an error on behalf of the BMW S... read more
I spent weeks struggling to find a mechanic who I could trust, who was clean and worked slow, who really understood what they were doing, and someone who is incredibly passionate about what they do. I called to inquire about having fuel injectors replaced on my 16’ F30, within 24 hours I was able to bring the car down to the shop, Saeed wanted to make sure that the Injectors were infact the issue at hand.. after some critical scanning and review, the injectors were ... read more
I had multiple issues going on with my x5. I had taken it to two other shops and they seemed to mess it up even more. I highly recommend them. Quick, communicative, and reasonable.
You have found your shop! The guys at BMW Shack care as much as you do about your BMW! They are clean, honest, trustworthy, efficient, and professional. They will take care of your car and any service it needs with pride and passion. Just like you, I called a hundred shops-this is the one that I was most comfortable with on the phone. When I got there, I immediately knew that I made the right choice! Thanks BMW Shack!!!

Turns out I had an oil leak. I asked him if it was safe to drive. He told me no cause it could catch fire. so at that point I decided to leave the car there. that was on a Sunday. My car was fixed on... read more
