We brought our new X5 in to get tinting, protective tape and ceramic coating to finish it off. The car looks Beautiful. Keith did a fantastic job. He kept us informed on the progress. Nice work Keith!

Not happy with the service team. When my car was done with the standard maintenance.. oil change. I noticed the tech was very unclean and had also scratched my car slightly. By the time I got it home I noticed a few other dirty hand prints inside and outside my car. My bmw is very clean as I'm OCD. I wish BMW had some kind of quality control to inspect the vehicle after the tech works on it. I plan on not coming back to this dealership service department. I'll have to try Seattle or Bellevue location.
