This location sent me letters about recall servicefor defective airbag. Used the website indicated in the mail to set up an appointment. I get there at the scheduled date and they said I dont have any appointment. They said I had to use another website to set up an appointment and to come another day. What a waste of time, poor coordination and service.
Had my X5 in for routine service on 12-9-24 and worked with service advisor Gage Stanton. Gage did a great job of explaining associated activities and related costs. Work was completed on time and car returned to me in excellent condition. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.
