Over the past several years I've come to realize that this group is incompetent, at least when it comes to servicing the non-BMW cars that they've sold. I purchased a gently used Audi Q5 from Schomp with a very expensive ~$7.5K ONE Protect package in 2022. At purchase I was owed a new windshield, they installed a used one with a large scratch on it and an oil change sticker not from my car. NOPE!! Unless you have a new car warranty avoid this shop. They think since you own a BMW that you are made of money and will recommend anything and everything even if it isn’t needed. I admit, fool me twice shame on me. The first time we experienced this was after our warranty expired and we decided to purchase their oil change package. Seemed like a good deal until we actually used it. They used that oppotunity to “suggest” another $5k in repairs that weren’t needed. The customer service and quality of vehicle care is consistently top notch. Brett and team were incredibly kind, efficient, and helpful. From helping me move my baby’s stuff into our loaner to setting clear expectations for the service schedule, I felt like my car and family were well taken care of. Brett made sure everyone was all smiles, including my toddler, with a little Schomp Teddy Bear gift!

I’ve been going to Ralph Schomp to service my vehicle for years! Most recently, had a small issue with my seat, and their service department went above and beyond to take care of me. They listened, they heard and they followed through! Thank you!
