Three services in a row that fell short. Latest was a windshield with HUD they didn’t do. Texted at 4:15 to ensure the car wouldn’t be ready and drive the loaner home (45 miles)…but then they texted 25 minutes later to let me know the car was done. Turned back at Castle Rock and returned the car, full tank (stopped at Kings north of 470 on Broadway). —-UPDATE—- Lucia contacted me to get my vehicle back in to have the scratches repaired on June 2nd at 0740. I was contacted around 11:00 am to tell me my car was fixed but needed to be washed. I picked my car up that afternoon and it appeared to look fine in the service bay. To be fair the lighting isn’t great in there so I had to use my flashlight on my phone. Brought my car for a battery change, and they kept it for a month! I didn't know better, just thought that's what it takes. Called to check on it and they said it was ready. Had insurance tow the vehicle home while at work, came home to find my car in literal pieces w no battery! Completely dismantled and never revisited! Had it towed back, and they threw in a battery by the afternoon, one that continuously failed on me and required numerous returning visits to their facility, to utilize their warranty. I dropped my car off Tuesday evening for an early morning appointment on Wednesday. The appointment was primarily scheduled maintenance items along with a couple items I asked Schomp to look at and make sure were not problems. An hour after the appointment time, around 8:30am, I received the standard text from the service advisor, Lucia.
