I been knowing the owner Freddie for a decade now. When I first move from Oklahoma I bought a e92 m3 and was trying to a local shop for my M3 build. I connected with Freddy and since then he has made me apart of his BMW family. We had since got rid of our E92s M3 and I now drive a Mercedes SUV because of the wife and kid but Freddy is my trusted contact to do my Mercedes work. Went to take my 2015 m4 in for an oil change and spark plug job. Everything was fine until I went to do an oil change again. I go under and see that the oil drain bolt was not only stripped but plugged and then when I got it out the oil pan thread was cross threaded and didn’t work. I now need a new oil pan with labor I’m now out 1700 dollars. What was supposed to be a simple job turned into a disaster for me please do not go here
Took my car to Bimmers Only- Plano Tx, recently, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Very friendly, transparent with diagnosis, feedback etc. I was impressed with high quality of work, reasonable prices and excellent follow ups by the service admin. Bimmers Only- Plano is absolutely a great place for any BMW service job. I highly recommend them for their reliability and affordability. Fantastic experience dealing with Freddy Torres and staff.
