Received a damaged part, submitted a return request same day. After a week had gone by with no response, I started calling them. The first few times I was actually able to get someone on the phone, but it was always “send pics to our email and I’ll talk to my manager”, only to never hear from them again. Going the extra mile to help you get a part quicker that “3-4 weeks away” is not happening here. If your car is on the rack in their service department, the parts department will not give any options to speed up the repair process. Just know that’s what you’ll get
Placed an order and received confirmation that it would be shipped within 24 hours. Later, I got a notification saying the order was ready for local pickup. When I called, they told me they don’t ship batteries — which is understandable. However, I was still charged shipping fees, even though local pickup would have cost less. When I asked for a refund of the shipping fee, the staff had a poor attitude and refused to acknowledge the issue. Now I have to drive an hour to pick it up and still pay for shipping. Ordered a part beginning of Jan and it was wrong. Called in right away, nobody there. Left a message, no call back. Tried emailing a week later, still nothing. Almost a month and no contact.. pretty darn dissapointed with trying here.. would say stay far away! I would get better service through ebay or amazon let alone a DEALER.
Worst experience ever ! Those guys in parts department they don’t care about anything , They’re not there to do the job. They’re standing there just to collect paycheck. Unbelievable, huge liars. Don’t ever order on their website! You will never see your order! After three weeks waiting I give up dealing with this dealership. Never ever again!
