Never answer the phone for wholesale customers 🤦🏻♀️
Buyer Beware - Misleading photos, sent cheap universal floor mats instead of OEM with BMW patch as pictured. What I received are thin/cheap univetsl mats and do not even fit! It even has the Universal part tag sticker, not OEM like I paid for. They’re not even for the right vehicle. Sticker says F30, for a totally different vehicle . Requested return, no response over 1 week. Have to open a chargeback with bank. Absolute nightmare Pictures show what I ordered vs what I received. Still no response from company

Don’t bother thinking something silly like they will actually listen to what you are asking them. If I could give zero stars I would
