Their parts department was very unprofessional. I’ve done business with them in the past and Eugene in sales was the opposite, but this review is regarding my experience dealing with their parts department. Made an appointment for a new set of tires, told them the tire I wanted installed (same as what was on it currently and when I bought it from this very dealership). Wasn't going to be able to drop off during service hours so arranged to leave my keys in the night drop box. I had already stopped in and had a quote so I knew the general price, which is totally beyond the point. Woke up my son and wife at 4 AM to drop my car off and drive me to work.
