Came here for oil change and to fix key fob on my BMW. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue. Gave me a nice loaner car while they kept mine to work on. I’m usually wary of dealers for service but was very happy with my experience here at BMW of Williamsport. Will come back for sure.
Bought a car from out of state with absolutely no issues. My salesperson Tristan was great and had no issues dealing with my endless questions via text and phone. The finance manager was also great and low pressure. In the age of "you must be local and you must come into the dealership to agree on pricing" dealerships, it was a refreshing car buying experience.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Tristan. He answered all of our questions knowledgeably, and really knows the ins and outs of these beautifully complex cars. I'd totally recommend him to anyone looking for a new ride. A+!
I use to work for an auto group that is world wide and this is by far the worst service department and parts department I’ve ever dealt with. Good luck reaching them by phone you have to drive in to have a conversation with anyone. They shattered my windshield and offered a small discount on the engine work they were doing for me instead of replacing the windshield when it’s a bmw center and a bmw car.
