We had a battery go bad in our Mini which triggered a more extensive repair to replace the turbo that we knew needed to be done soon. Even though it was Monday morning they answered the phone right away and we're very helpful making arrangements. Since the turbo replacement was expected they actually had ordered in all but two parts required and we're ready to go. This enabled the repair to get done early. A great service department that listens and provides reliable service. Austin and Morgan were fantastic to work with!
You guys take such good care of our Mini. A joy to come out to Wichita to visit, get car worked over, and have a littel fun besides. We drove the newest Countryman: nice!!
