I purchased a used X5 with many issues from a non BMW car lot Kevin in service was very helpful and getting my issues resolved. Communication and customer service with Kevin was excellent!!!!! My BMW has a new happy home if and when needed. A huge thank you to Kevin in service. Appreciate all of your kindness and I understanding in resolving issues unrelated to a purchase at your dealership.
