I purchased a used Honda Accord from Valley BMW about a month and a half ago. There was a tear in the leather on the door card in the backseat passenger side. When brought up, I was initially told that it could and would be fixed since BMW has the "Best Leather Fixers for these $100k+ cars" according to my salesperson. Great up to the point of delivery. Took my money and left me hanging. Dealer did not get me a permanent tag even though they charged me for it. Called both salesman Jumicael and finance mgr John numerous times with no return call. Extremely disappointed!

I cannot say enough about the amazing salesperson Leticia Perez. She was super knowledgeable on the BMW product. She was super patient and allowed the process to happen without being pushy as most salespeople can be. This is our 5th BMW and we will be back when we are ready for our next upgrade. We recently purchased a car from BMW of The Woodlands. Rashail Azhar was the salesperson who contacted us immediately after we inquired about a used car onlline. He listened carefully to what we wanted and within an hour had a car to show us that fit our criteria. I recently leased an i4 from this dealership and the whole process was chaotic. They made me unnecessarily wait so that they could make me agree to a bad deal. They overcharged the interest rate compared to what was being offered by BMW FS. They told me that the higher rate is the current rate but when I went back home, it was lower and would make a material difference in the payment per month.
