Super Terrible experience from Joshua M*** and Avoid this service center if you own a BMW CPO vehicle! I brought my BMW CPO vehicle here for a warranty repair, and the experience was terrible. The service team initially misdiagnosed the issue, and when they later found additional damage, they refused to honor the warranty, blaming "outside influence" with no solid proof. I purchased a 2018 *** on April 12th 2022. Last week (only 2 months after purchasing the vehicle) I got a warning that my front and rear breaks need to be replaced! My car was still under the factory warranty so I brought the car in to have the brakes repaired, assuming they would be covered.
