With his very friendly and professional service Paul made the whole process passed like a breeze. He answered all our questions and showed full dedication to leading us smoothly through the process. We would like to praise Paul highly both as a person and as an ideal car salesman.
4 stars for the attentiveness and service provided by the salesperson during the purchase process. We enjoyed working with him while buying the car. However, the experience changed completely after the sale — 1 star (if not 0) for the follow-up. I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by how I was treated—especially as a veteran who recently returned from deployment. BMW of Tuscaloosa failed to provide basic customer care, professionalism, and accountability. I would strongly caution anyone, especially fellow veterans, before trusting this dealership’s service department.




Gotta say I am pleasantly impressed by the service I received at Sewell BMW of Plano and specifically from Michael Russell and Craig Worrall. I had a truly disappointing experience with this dealership. In my opinion, they were completely unprofessional and misleading throughout the entire process. I felt like key information was being hidden from me, and the way things were handled on their lot and even on my property made me very uncomfortable. The worst part was the classic bait-and-switch. Don’t Trust This Dealership! I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I bought a BRAND NEW car here just a few months ago, and it’s been nothing but trouble since day one. Within the first day, driving it off the lot....an issue appeared on the dash. Front headlight sensor - I brought it back, and they claimed it was a “minor sensor issue” and supposedly fixed it — but it came back a week or so later.
