I recently saw a vehicle that is listed on the website as being a certified vehicle. I went for a test drive, and loved the car. I called later that day and put a deposit down and by the next day submitted all required paperwork to the finance department through my sales rep Pierre F************ I was called on day 3 and told that the vehicle was falsely advertised as a Certified BMW and could not be sold as a certified vehicle because it did not get oil changes on schedule which is a requirement for certified vehicles. They went above and beyond in repairing my car. Tony C. was particularly helpful! There is no comparison with BMW of Waterbury service.
