So far not a good experience on this visit… I dropped my car last Friday, we r Monday today and I have yet to get a call from the service department. I called this morning and was told they will give a call later… service is slow and missing the friendly warm welcoming I got at other BMW dealerships… not sure what’s going on but.. could and should be better…::… I will post an update once I get done with this service visit .
Great experience buying my car here. The process was smooth, no pressure, and everything was explained clearly. Definitely recommend!
Bryan in the service department was the point person we dealt with on a warranty file for a shared customer. He made it simple to get what we needed for review and didn’t let the claim stall. When something changed, he let us know right away and the info matched what the shop was actually doing. Smooth coordination and a professional experience.
I had the worst experience ever last time I visit the service guy tried to upcharge me for an fuel tank and the one he ordered didn't even fit my car. Once I came to pick it up after he called me to pick it up I sat for 30 minutes for him to tell me something was broken and they tried to make me pay for what they broke. And now I have to drive to another one just for an oil change because I lost the trust from my local dealer and it sucks cause I need an oil change now but I'm willing to sacrifice the extra miles to get bett... read more
