Location is well located near the freeway. The exterior is sophisticated and elegant. The way the cars are displayed in the front is cool. So walking in I wasn't greeted by anybody. I started to feel a little uncomfortable the way some staff members would look at me. Like if I didn't belong in there or something. When I got to the parts department the Elder Hispanic gentleman sitting down stared at me up and down before he asked me if he could help me. I bought a 2020 330i in 2020 brand new. This car is only 4 years old and only has 80,000 miles. This car has been in the visalia BMW dealers shop for many different items that a car with less then 100,000 miles should never have. If you ever seen the movie with Tom Hanks called “The Money Pit” that has been my BMW. I bought it brand new at this dealer and they always done the service including tires and brakes. Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy a car here. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!
