Ed Fuentes and his team did a great job helping me find my new car. I have not had great experience with past dealsrships. But from start to finish the staff at BMW Visalia were kind, professional and got me a great deal. Bought my car today and have already recommended 2 other people. Definitely worth the drive from Fresno.
I took my car about a month ago to change my brake fluid and they suggested me to change spark plugs so i decided to do it. Mind you before i took my car the car was perfectly fine and the next day after they fixed my car it started misfiring so i thought they might have installed the spark plugs wrong so i took it back and it stayed with them for a couple of days and they said that cylinder 2 and 6 were misfiring so they changed my coils and said that’ll do the job and i paid about 860$ so i pick up the car take it home and... read more

He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and answered every single question I had (and I had a lot). Dealer is good. Car buying process is good. Service department is good, seems honest, I think they do reasonably good work. One time I had fluids changed they didn't put the radiator cap on, left it in the engine bay. Not a big deal but it could have been. One thing that is super annoying is that you will be charged 3% fee if you pay by card. I get it. Merchant has to pay the fee and chooses to pass it on to customer. But it's super annoying.
