Warranty Service Refusal, Roof and Windshield Trim Detachment I actually filed a formal complaint regarding the denial and threatened refusal of warranty service by BMW of Visalia related to my 2022 BMW X6 M50i. The vehicle is under the factory warranty. The roof and windshield exterior moldings/trim detached multiple times. This occurred more than four times in roughly six months. Great experience. Awesome people work in this small dealership, really I didn’t expect that kind of service they are gonna provide to me, I was out of state customer, they picked me up from airport like VIP - cool and thanks. Mike Castro was my sales guy, I asked him about some discount for my price range and he did his best, it is not typical for the usual dealership. Thanks guys for make me happy owner of the coolest BMW.
Love my X5 thank you guys. Fresno BMW the SALES Managers decided to be all on lunch for 40 min instead of caring about us the consumer. Paid Cash . Great experience was in and out. Fresno Bmw must serve lobster lunches cause the salesman said they would be done real quick . 25 min later I left and drove to Visalia.
Ed Fuentes and his team did a great job helping me find my new car. I have not had great experience with past dealsrships. But from start to finish the staff at BMW Visalia were kind, professional and got me a great deal. Bought my car today and have already recommended 2 other people. Definitely worth the drive from Fresno.
