Had to change appointment. Called to change and then recieved a call from BMW couldn't honor the change, tried to rush me there. Arrived 5 after rush time and she wasn't there. Wasn't too happy after BMW tried to charge me almost $1600 installed for a $200 part and that actually takes less than hr to install. Claimed it would take three hrs @$225 hr. Its BMW, MEH.
