I have owned a few BMW’s since 1999 and love them! I was in Tuscaloosa, AL helping my daughter move in to UA and had some time to kill at the end of the day so I visited the local BMW store. I thought it was closed but Kelty greeted me with a warm smile, good handshake, and made excellent eye contact; it was Saturday (8/9/2025) shortly after 6 PM so I explained I was browsing while waiting on a pizza. I have had the best experience from Sales to Services. Today Mr. Ed Lee helped me in the Service department, he was so professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. My sales person Kelsey Wilson, was the best in getting me what I wanted and comfortable payments. She asked me what I wanted and what I was looking for and she delivered. This type of professional service has made me a BMW customer with the Tuscaloosa branch for life. Phenomenal guys!!!!
I called BMW of Tuscaloosa to price a 2026 X5 and the great fortune to talk to Deuce, one of their salespeople. Deuce listened to my needs and assisted me in getting me a very good price. He was more than helpful and was always prompt in responding to my questions and requests. If you are in the market for a BMW, I would highly recommend you talk to Deuce at this dealership.
I brought my BMW M2 in for a service, Mr. Colburn was very professional and attentive while I was waiting in service.
