This is dealership is definitely 5 stars. From the no messing around on pricing, to the quick delivery process. We nailed price in one phone call in, one phone call back in late afternoon. I purchased a BMW at another dealer in Merriam that had a recall item which needed to be replaced at an official BMW dealership. Brought my vehicle here and I liked my experience. I decided to get their oil service maintenance package. Melissa was very nice to work with.

First review I have ever left for a company or business which seems like a cliche thing to say, but I have good reason for finally writing one. I recently purchased a previously owned BMW X3. I worked with Matt who was a joy to work with-not the slightest bit pushy, which I liked. Matt is extremely knowledgeable about BMWs. BMWs are beautiful driving machines but for me have an abundance of technology which requires lots of ongoing education. I have called Matt several times after my purchase with questions, he has always been responsive, patient and careful in his explanations and answers. I would recommend Aristocrat Motors and Matt without hesitation.
