Incredibly overpriced service and rude staff that will make excuses as to why they are overpriced when you fill out a non-public survey, hence why I am now writing a review. They were great to deal with from start to finish. Colton and Chris were extremely professional and made buy our first vehicle purchase there a pleasure. I highly recommend.
Our whole experience of buying our new BMW with Emily, our Salesperson, and the paperwork with Ben, the Business Manager, was the best we've ever had!! We will be sure to buy our future cars from BMW of Topeka!!
The actual purchasing experience was made simple and easy. Ben the financial person was great. I spent quite a bit of time prior to puchase remotely communicating with the sales person. Emily was helpful and patient with my numerous questions, as was considering two different options.
