My first experience with this dealership hasn’t been great. It should not take 50 minutes to drop off a vehicle for service and get a loaner. Service advisor had a miserable demeanor. Went for a walk on the sales floor and after roughly 5-10 minutes and no sales person approached me, i gave up on any interactions and waited for the loaner. Not a great first impression.
