I have been a customer for years. Bought a total of 4 cars from them. The one time I didn't take my car to them for a tire change I found out my wheel lock was missing. I've called my service advisor with no return call but if it's to give them money they return calls no problem. I called the service department today and was transferred to the parts department for no reason and when I called the service department and asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on or placed on hold indefinitely. The new management dropped the ball. What I was quoted for a simple oil change turned out to be 30% more expensive with 25% discount code included (so 55% more expensive). It was supposed to last 2hrs, it turned out 5.5hrs. I saw a lot of young employees, nothing against that but Service Advisor in his 20 is a recipe for a disaster. I see cost cutting everywhere, dirty restrooms, showroom...
