Went to order parts on line; to confirm part#s I called and first spoke to Steve, very polite, was transferred to parts and went on forever hold. Called back reached out to parts and the employee was refusing to identify himself by name. I politely identified myself and he continued to deny his name. After a go around on polite Witt’s show, he said he was Noah. Wow! I was hoping for a good experience, but no. I think you might want to shop elsewhere. No sense of transparency. Lacked etiquette. Beware.
