Service and car loaner were exceptional, customer service on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. I had to wait, outside in the direct sun, for over 20 minutes to drop off the car. I asked inside how to drop off the car and I was told to wait with the car. Pick up was similar. Stay with the car while people stare at their screens and wonder how to get help. They need a triage team to greet customers and set expectations.
Balazs was a great service advisor, responds quickly to any questions I may have.
Mauricio Cueva has been a wonderful service advisor during my recent repairs. Most of my repairs were last minute requests, yet he was able to get me a spot in the queue. He is always able to find a solution to ensure that I have total peace of mind when my car needs to be repaired.

Mauricio and the team at Sterling BMW did an excellent job with my old 2008 328i. It was in rough shape, but they were able to quickly find the issue, fix it up and get everything back in order.
