Terrible service. The technicians do not return calls. I have left them several messages and no answer. My last attempt was yesterday when their receptionist guaranteed a call back and again nothing. They did a recall check on the remote starter of my X7 and since then the remote starter does not work.

Service adviser Mauricio Cueva provided outstanding service. He was prompt, answered all my questions and followed up with me on several items over the last two weeks. What he could address immediately, he did. What needed more time, he worked behind the scene and kept me updated regularly. He's still working with me on two more things, but I thought he deserved an acknowledgement for what he's done so far. Thanks Mauricio.

This was my first time getting my car serviced at BMW of Sterling. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and timely turnaround with resolution of repair. A special mention for my service advisor David Strauch, who went above and beyond in helping resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you and from now on my car will only be serviced at BMW of Sterling

I’ve been taking my car to BMW of Sterling Service Center since 2020 — first to Carlos M and now to Candice F. They most recently helped me navigate an unexpected issue with my car that could’ve been far more complicated had it not been for their exceptional customer service and expert technicians.
