Horrible service. I spent all day trying to get someone to answer the phone!!! I drove There 3x today to just get an answer about a tire change. BmW needs a better phone system with real people and real Answers!!!
These guys are awesome! I had a tire with a plug that started to leak, had to get back to the city and really needed a new tire. They were able to get it shipped and mounted the same day! Dave from parts was incredibly helpful, I'd give 15 stars if I could. He got a tech to stay a little later to mount and balance it even after hours. Super polite, responsive and excellent customer service!
Poor service. Poor communication.
I really appreciated David’s professionalism and dealership experience that he provided me. It was definitely something I will remember when shopping for my next BMW.
