The worst BMW dealership I know by a large margin. They inspected my car and told me that they needed to order a part and then never called me back despite me trying to reach them numerous times. At another time they also changed the wrong part for $2000. Their cars cost approximately 10% more than at other BMW dealers in Long Island and they are very unfriendly. I rather drive 50 miles to another BMW dealership. Stay far away if you can!

Previously a good service department - the most recent experience will be the last. Dishonest.
Profoundly disappointed with the most recent service i received. Ive taken my car here before to be maintained by BMW technicians to be safe and have had no complaints. However recently things have changed. I brought my car in with a coolant leak and electric issues. I received my car back still leaking coolant and still having electrical issues. Mind you i spent 6800 to have them fix it. The day after getting my car back it broke down again. Upon investigation i discovered my battery compartment was severely water damaged. ... read more
