Very accommodating and efficient.
Bmw of South Albany is top-notch. Quick appointments and awesome service!
All staff are welcoming, professional, and straightforward with service and pricing. Normally I avoid dealerships for service and maintenance but BMW South Albany has become my go-to because of their expertise and transparency.
Exceptional, always satisfied with the service I receive
Both my salesman, Dustin, and the General Manager, Jim, were wonderful to work with. Dustin was attentive to my concerns and kept me informed throughout the process, while Jim took the time to speak with me personally and ensure everything was handled properly. I truly appreciate the care they showed and their commitment to making sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them.
