Good deal but they made us wait over 2 hours before signing the paperwork because the only finance guy working that day was busy with other customers (and was late). I wish they had told us to come in at another time or told us it would be a long wait because we would have done something else besides just sitting in the showroom for hours.

I worked with Peter at San Rafael BMW and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m an experienced driver and have purchased several cars in my life. I felt I was presented with a fair offer and treated with respect. There was no hard sell nor were there any bogus extra fees.
