Stopped in about an hour before closing on a Sunday to test drive my dream truck, a Raptor R, and ended up buying it! Luis was great—super helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. Ben in finance was great too. I normally skip extended warranties, but the deal on the lifetime bumper-to-bumper warranty and battery replacement was too good to pass up. We were in and out in under two hours. Great experience all around!
We had a great experience at BMW of San Rafael. Luis worked with us to get a good deal, and Ben in finance made us a great deal on the lifetime protection program. Both were friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Hi! I am so impressed by this place: from servicing my car, to the loaner car I got, the swift processing of it all, and just the all around service and kind and helpful people there- I’m literally in awe. Tom Smith and everybody working around him, made this a great experience! Cannot wait for my next service 😉! Thank you guys! You truly are the best! Mila
I rarely leave reviews but this place deserves 5 stars. I talked to a few different dealers that wanted to play back and forth. I told Luis what I wanted and he gave me a better deal than what I even asked for. I would have paid more! Also gave me what I asked for on my trade. Showed up to the dealership and the car was waiting all shined up with a red bow on it. Finance with Joshua was easy and quick. Best dealer I’ve ever dealt with.
Julio was great - responsive and very easy to work with. I leased a great new 330i here
