Great People to work with!!! This was the smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve had. Artem was a great guy inspected and sent me videos and pics needed. Ralph the Sales Manager super great guy very polite and would definitely be a returning customer!
I worked with Ben in finance who went over the paperwork and gave me a great deal on some options. Marcello in sales showed me the car and made it a very smooth process, would be happy to work with these guys again!
We went up there to find an i4 electric car that they had in stock. Peter took care of us with great service. No BS sales haggling. Gave us a fair price for our tesla trade in. Josh in finance is a hoot and moves pretty quickly. My only quibble would be the total time it took. But I don't think the dealer has any control over that. Would highly recommend this dealership. We have purchased BMWs elsewhere and had very bad service. If we buy another, it will be from BMW of san raphael.
