I’ve been a customer of BMW in San Rafael since 1997. I have purchased 4 cars from them over the years and also used their service. My most recent purchase was with Luis. He was great to work with—open, honest, no bs or pressure. I would work with him again without a moment’s hesitation. Service manager Tom Smith is great to work with also.
Today I had the pleasure of working with Robert Graham at BMW San Rafael I have been looking at various dealerships all along the Pacific Northwest for a car and one of the ones I liked was available here at San Rafael BMW. I went to see it, was total no-brainer after a drive. I said I’ll take it. Luis and Ralph were very helpful but signing the paperwork was frustrating (had appointment at 10am, person was ready with the papers at 10:45am!)
