I searched the bay area BMW dealers for a 2026 X5 with certain specs I wanted, like 2 axle air suspension, carbon black metallic color, etc. I found it at BMW of San Rafael. There, on a Sunday, I met with Ralph - the sales manager, Marcello - the salesman and the finance person.
