Truly appreciated the recent casual, efficient purchase process of a new X5 from Artem @ BMW of San Rafael. Everything was easy and very straightforward. I also appreciate the dealership for not adding a bunch of unneeded add ons to the bottom line - unlike some of their competitors. Overall an enjoyable experience.
I highly recommend Bmw Of San Rafael. My wife and I have both recently purchased cars from them. It was a pleasant experience no high pressure unlike when I bought a Porsche a couple years ago up at Niello in Sacramento was a very uncomfortable experience with them. Marcelo was wonderful to do business, the pricing was exactly as he stated. I highly recommend doing business with him if you are in the market for a vehicle.
