It's 2025 and BMW of San Francisco still doesn't realize that electric cars don't need the same service as gas cars. Kept getting emails about service from them and even called to let them know I have an EV and they still insisted I needed service. I schedule an appointment, take the car in, wait 30 minutes for someone to help me, and find out my electric car isn't due for a service for another year.
Great and informative service, BMW of San Francisco always comes first
Really positive experience with this BMW service center! The communication was excellent, the center is very clean and well-kept, and the team is very kind. Chris was the host and was wonderful to work with. They provided a complimentary uber ride home (I opted for this, rather than a loaner car). I like that they provide timely status updates by text. Pick up was easy and quick!
Worse experience you can ever imagine, Sales agent was really nice and tried his best to make a deal but sales manager is from different world, rude and very disrespectful,
I had my BMX X5 serviced last week. I must say that Austin (Smith) who worked with me to have this performed was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very polite, prompt and provided great updates for the service work. Thanks Austin.
