Pushing me out of my older BMW and failed to perform the service I requested. Was given a ridiculous quote to perform services I didn't ask for. I knew what I wanted and they failed to do what was requested. Will not be going back to Principal BMW. They used to be much more customer friendly and affordable. Times have changed and so will my choice of BMW dealership for purchase and/or service needs.
As always it was a pleassure to bring my Mini for a “check up”. Holly treats me always as I was a very special VIP customer and takes always her time to answer all my questions. She is very knowledgeable and I trust her recommendations.
I was treated with great respect after being highly let down at a previous dealership. They corrected a problem with my vehicle and did at all with white glove service. It was worth the extra cost for my entire experience there. Will definitely continue to bring my vehicle in here for maintenance.
