I had an amazing experience as always with my BMW Rep Brendon and Taylor. Brandon communicated effectively all concerns with my car as well as my options. when I decided it was time to get into another vehicle, he referred me to Taylor who was also amazing. At the end of the day, my husband and I was able to come out happy with a new vehicle and new relationships formed at BMW San Antonio. thank you for your service and the great job that you guys do each day.

My husband took our Principle BMW in for an oil change and four wheel alignment. Three and a half hours for this service. No communication along the way, no apologies or explanations for the delay is outrageous and inexcusable. Our time is clearly not considered important.
My service with Principle BMW was great. Juan from the service department communicated very well with me on the status of my repairs and what my options were. Would recommend and will glady visit again.
They are extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them for both service and sales.
