I booked an appointment via the online tool for Saturday 11am, I got plenty of reminders via text and when I arrived it was closed. I was waiting there with 2 other people in the same situation...
Services were professional.
I love my BMW but AutoNation sucks. When I dropped the car off, I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to finish their personal conversations to start my check in. I wish I turned around and left seeing the first evidence of lack of concern for customers. The estimate was for 8 business days and I was told they would let me know if anything changed. Having not heard anything, I called after 8 business days to find that they had not even ordered parts or started. I complained and was told they would get to it soon. No updates... read more
I have had my car repaired three times at this location and every time the car has looked brand new. Definitely recommend.
