I love my BMW but AutoNation sucks. When I dropped the car off, I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to finish their personal conversations to start my check in. I wish I turned around and left seeing the first evidence of lack of concern for customers. The estimate was for 8 business days and I was told they would let me know if anything changed. Having not heard anything, I called after 8 business days to find that they had not even ordered parts or started. I complained and was told they would get to it soon. No updates... read more
I have had my car repaired three times at this location and every time the car has looked brand new. Definitely recommend.
The 8-week projected turnaround to get my collision damage repaired shrank considerably to just over 4 weeks in practice. I can't guarantee similar results, but they move as fast as they can, it seems. The work was 100% great and my service guy was easy to work with and speed of responses to my communication was good. I recommend.
I want to give a big shout-out to Shawn Coleman from AutoNation Collision Center. He is hands down the best collision estimator I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Shawn is knowledgeable, polite, and always kept me informed about the status of my repair. He also made me aware of potential challenges I might face with my insurance company and explained how he would help resolve those issues for everyone involved. This is the most unprofessional company I have come across. I had a very disappointing experience with this auto collision center. They keep changing the date my car is supposed to be ready, causing a lot of inconvenience and frustration because I need to make arrangements to drive an hour and be dropped off to get my car. Each time I’ve called for an update (they would never inform me), I was given a new, later date with no clear explanation.
