Automation was terrific. The account rep went out of her way to keep me posted and explain costs. The car looked new after the repairs were made. I can’t recommend Stella and autonation highly enough
Got my 2025 m240i Xdrive repaired after I got rear ended at a red light Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and had his team perfectly paint match the Brooklyn metallic grey color. He even touched up my front bumper from a separate incident that happened free of charge. I highly recommend this shop. The wait might be awhile but if your end goal is quality then this is perfect. As a rule, I do not write negative reviews. However this is an exception as a warning to other BMW owners. We were rear ended on the Rte 495/50 exit (what an experience that was at rush hour!) & I wanted to be sure the damage to our vehicle was repaired correctly, I reached out to BMW of Rockville to schedule the repair. BMW of Rockville apparently has auto body repair done at Autonation, and scheduled my repair there.
