I had an excellent experience with this body shop from start to finish. The quality of the repairs was outstanding, and my car looks just as good as it did before the damage. I booked an appointment via the online tool for Saturday 11am, I got plenty of reminders via text and when I arrived it was closed. I was waiting there with 2 other people in the same situation...
Services were professional.
I love my BMW but AutoNation sucks. When I dropped the car off, I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to finish their personal conversations to start my check in. I wish I turned around and left seeing the first evidence of lack of concern for customers. The estimate was for 8 business days and I was told they would let me know if anything changed. Having not heard anything, I called after 8 business days to find that they had not even ordered parts or started. I complained and was told they would get to it soon. No updates... read more
