This review was made out of frustration, I did reach out to the manager of the service department and she remedied it for me. This whole experience has been very stressful but ******* made it right. I am happy with my results, my issue has been resolved and she made sure I left without any further problems. I felt compelled to make sure I tell about my complete experience with ***. In the end I walked away one happy customer with my vehicle as good as new.
Took my X7 in for an issue related to the airbag module. They wanted me to pay over 1k for the tech to break down the console. Little did i know this issue was part of a class action lawsuit. Where *** admitted that the cup holder was defective and as a result they would fix all vehicles whose owners experienced issues with the defective cup holder. I'm disgusted at how the staff treat new customers, especially those who are Middle Eastern. When my friend and I visited to check out a 540i, we faced immediate assumptions and rude behavior. The front desk mocked us, and the salesperson, *****, kept implying we were wasting her time. Despite being told we could test drive with a credit report, ***** changed her stance when my friends credit appeared poor, requiring approval first.
