This was my first time purchasing a BMW, and the only other luxury dealership I had dealt with in the past was Cadillac. I was quoted $1500 for a control arm, parts and labor. They quoted me $750 for the part. I was able to get it done myself and I told the salesperson that so i just needed rhe part. After 3 weeks I called to order the part, and I was quoted $900 now and was told prices went up, with an attitude. They also tried to sell on my nuts and bolts which I NEVER needed because the car is 6 months old. It was my pleasure to work with Tonya Murray. she was wonderful as always and helped me to find the vehicle that I was looking for. she always responded quickly to any inquiries and issues. whole process of getting my BMW was smooth and hassle-free including Paperwork.
