I really dislike leaving negative reviews but there needs to be some attention drawn to how terrible the service department is at West Herr BMW. Without getting into too much detail, I was left in the waiting room for an hour and a half before I spoke up to find out they were working on the wrong m340i and not mine (they gave me a free hoodie that shrunk nearly 2 sizes after being washed). Dave was very helpful and very honest throughout the whole experience. Very clean and classy dealership as well.
