11/10/25 Andy always does great in swapout of snow tires. However, maintenance advisors are overloaded (only 2 now) so this is straining relationships. Things are in flux. 8/8/25 Thomas from BMW finance quotes maintenance agreement yearly price in email last year. Tom does not honor his word- which should be your clue to avoid Thomas in Finance.
