I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years but I have to say dealing with Markus Zakharov has been a pleasure. We bought a CPO x7 from Markus 2 months ago sight unseen. We have never been to the dealership but the support I get from them is better than any dealer I have visited in person. Even now he continues to check in to see how things are going and is helpful in addressing any question. I may have them ship me my next car sight unseen. For those who can visit the dealership I think it’s worth the trip
We found a beautiful 2024 BMW X5 60i on line and started working with Mike Hale. He was awesome, pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable. He got us exactly where we needed to be and landed us a great interest rate. The car only has 7500 miles on it and what a beast it is. This car was certified pre-owned and was detailed to the max.
