I worked over several days with a salesperson on a purchase of a CPO car at Ramsey BMW. Very early in the process - day 1, I wanted to make a deposit on a vehicle and they wouldn't do that. I believe the salesperson was knowledgeable, nice, and well-intended and worked hard, but I think the dealership / buying process was not clear from the start. Frances was awesome. Got us into a CRV I found on car gurus literally in 3 days, Sat-Monday. Only reason it took so long is because the wire only goes through on business days. Negotiations went smoothly and I honestly feel like it was a fair deal all around. This is the best dealership experience I have personally had and the vehicle has been great thus far. As a Latino I love when I can work with other Latinos. Get place overall, great waiting area, great staff, great cars!
