I would never purchase a car from this dealership again. Two months ago, I bought a brand-new 7 Series, and I still haven’t received my plates. I’ve left over 20 voicemails and haven’t received a single call back or update. It’s extremely unprofessional to ignore a customer after such a major purchase. A simple courtesy call would have gone a long way.
