Friendly Staff
Love this place. I’m not a huge fan of going to dealerships, but this location has changed my perspective. Everyone is super friendly, helpful and quick to get things done in the right way. I do a lot of my own work on my cars but I love taking my car in here for my oil changes. They provided a great deal and always come through with exceptional service. Highly recommend stopping in!
My husband and I made an appointment to see John Underwood (salesman). We wanted to see what out options were on a new vehicle. John was very professional and pleasant to deal with. At no point did we feel pressured into doing something we weren't comfortable with. He was very understanding as to what our needs were and seemed genuinely interested in our comfort level with our purchase. This is our second vehicle with BMW and both experiences have been excellent. We highly recommend seeing John Underwood.
BMW PG was able to find the reason my car was destroying tires. I have been to 3 other places and they all charged me for an alignment and said I should be good. BMW found that the previous owner had bent a strut and camber knuckle. I wasn’t able to afford the 8k fix, and they were very understanding of that and tried to come up with logical partial solutions. I’ll be back for sure.
