I recommend a vehicle to be towed in for a no-start diagnostic. The BMW service advisor was not very informative about the vehicle's status. The diagnostic was there for a tow in no-start diagnostic. The dealership mever explained why the vehicle didn't start. The diagnostic performed was for the check Engine light/service drive train message.The service department was kind enough to show a video of incorrectly measuring the tire tread while not giving no video, no pictures or an relevant diagnostic information, then check c... read more
I just worked with Jacob Flores in the service dept and he was amazing to deal with. He went above and beyond in taking care of the issue we had with our X6. This dealership was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Best dealership service department experience I've had in 20 years!
I recommend a vehicle to be towed in for a no start diagnostic. The BMW is few years old and figured it would get diagnosed quicker and correctly. The person whom I recommended shares a video of someone measuring her tires and nothing to do with diagnostic. The diagnostic went from a few hundred to close to a thousand dollars with no information about why the vehicle doesn't start.
