This dealership, along with its Murray counterpart, has a monopoly over Utah, and they are fully aware of it. This is reflected in their outrageous pricing on parts, uncompetitively priced used cars, sales tactics, and shady service practices. In Nov 2025, BMW of PG refused to align my vehicle because of a bent tie rod, and quoted in excess of $10,000 for a steering rack replacement. Windshield Damage DURING OUR SERVICE HERE AND NO RESOLUTION We purchased our Tesla from this dealership and were upsold a $400 windshield protection wrap that was described as protecting the windshield from chips and damage. After only a few months, the film became foggy, scratched, and difficult to see through. It also failed to prevent several chips. The salesman was very helpful and courteous in every manner. I greatly appreciate the time that was taken with me to show me the difference in purchasing a new vehicle vs a used vehicle.
