Arrived at 4:50pm Saturday just 30 minutes after my X5 complained about coolant being low. Part department was closed but a sales person busy with a client called John Underwood, another rep to help me. John picked up two different gallons of coolant from service and asked if I know which one is the right one for mine. Told him I have no idea as I have never topped it off. My wife took her car in for a service, the Tech came out and informed her that her tires were in the YELLOW and should be replaced soon. funny! we just replaced them 4 months ago. and when questioned about it. he had excuses and said he would go run the test again. what test? they just wanted to take advantage of a women at a dealership alone. won't be going back
was looking for a x3 called this dealership actually I received a call from them and i spoke with john . One of if not the nicest person i’ve ever dealt with took great car accommodated all my needs looked out for me and had a great attitude . I ended up getting a x3 and he still calls and checks if i need any bmw info or anything if your dealing with this dealership i’d very much appreciate it recommend speaking with john

We are a small used car dealer that took a BMW here for a ppi, we had arbitration grace period with the auction to return the car we had concerns of a bad water pump. Jacob Flores gave us an incorrect diag, he said our water pump was not bad it was just unplugged. We lost our auction arbitration period because of his diagnostic and now that we are getting it repaired by our regular shop they confirmed water pump is bad and likely unplugged as that's draining the battery.
