In February 2025 we brought our 2021 X7 in for routine service, inspection, and an oil change. The dealership had our car for the day and charged us for the services allegedly provided. They said our car was in great shape. A few weeks later my wife was driving on a trip to southern Utah and was about 20 miles outside St. George when the car displayed a message saying the coolant was empty and the car needed to be stopped immediately or else the engine could MELT! They replaced the battery but failed to diagnose and inform me about any other issues with my car that has a yellow check engine light on. I don't think they even cleared the check engine light. About a week later my car broke down in Kanab, went into limp mode with dcs, check engine and brake lights on. Unbelievable
BMW of pleasant grove was amazing! 10/10 highly recommend they had a fast response. Kelechi has the best service. He worked with me made sure I got the best rate and made sure I was well taken care of! I usually hate the experience with other dealerships but this was such an amazing and smooth experience thanks to him.
