Worst service provider's ever been through even after spending 15k with bmw warranties. The trick is they try to sell you warranty’s through BMW saying “you don’t have to go through insurance every-time, with warranty you go with us”. That seems very far fetched from reality, the service guy doesn’t even care and acts negligent. Always a pleasurable experience
I initially brought my car in to get serviced because I had a heating issues. I was only getting heat on the driver side plus my check Engine light was on. They were charging me $400 for a diagnostic test. I get a call after test was completed and was told several things was wrong with the car but the main issue was getting the coolant system replaced and a water pump. So I paid $2500 for those repairs to be completed. Went to go pick up my car on a Friday an hour before they closed. It was about 65 degrees this day so I did... read more
