Worst service provider's ever been through even after spending 15k with bmw warranties. The trick is they try to sell you warranty’s through BMW saying “you don’t have to go through insurance every-time, with warranty you go with us”. That seems very far fetched from reality, the service guy doesn’t even care and acts negligent. They never get to schedule and repair my rims from the first road incident till now, 2 plus years passed by making the minor scratches and fixable repairs on rims to big dents and recently in Feb I g... read more
