I had a great experience at BMW OYSTER BAY. Joe Jordon, Manny, Mike and Christopher Vitucci were very courteous and highly professional. Joe, Manny and Mike understood my budget and worked on a deal that satisfied my monthly budget. Joe even went an extra mile dropping off the floor mats at my home. So nice of him. Christopher explained all the new features and answered all my questions. He knew iDrive software in and out. Over all I had a great experience and very happy with the dealership. Thank you all.
Chris Vitucci is the ultimate service advisor and professional. I kept taking my 2017 X5 back to address an A/C malfunction. Chris was always polite, apologetic and brought the issue to closure.

He is knowledgable, polite, patient, and made me feel very comfortable working with him during the course of repairing all the faults in the vehicle that I discovered after I purchased the vehicle from BMW of Oyster Bay. I bought a used 2010 BMW 650i from this dealership. I dealt with Richard Cirami and Jonathan Brignoni. I gave them a personal check to pay for the car. They called me to pick up the car next day. I went to the dealership from NJ driving 1 hour to the dealership only to discover that they deposit the check after hours and it will take them 1 more day to process the check.
