This is the worst BMW dealer. I’ve had issues with buying, servicing, or even looking at this dealer. Worst!! In short, this dealership prioritizes sales and profit over transparency and customer trust. Everyone is here to make a profit but this one is ridiculous. The techs may be fine, but management and service advisors push unnecessary work and inflated prices. It’s been a couple of years since I serviced my car at this dealership. And today I was reminded why I avoided going back. Had an appointment for a basic oil change/service. My “advisor” had to run out a couple of times to write down my VIN. Apparently he missed a digit the first time. I asked, how long it would take and he replied 1 hr to 1hr 20 min. Customer service was terrible, I called about a recall on my car because I purchased the car from Zeigler BMW in Orland. I was yelled at and hungup on. The issue went unresolved. Very unprofessional, will not come back or recommend this dealership.
