Huda told me the car looked great, sent me the buyer's order, and set my appointment for delivery of the vehicle. We made the 90 minute drive out there, after going to get the check from the bank, just to be told that they were not going to sell us the car. I paid Zeigler BMW of Orland Park for a pre-purchase inspection that missed obvious issues with my BMW. After I complained, they offered to “diagnose” the car, but even that failed. Their diagnosis was wrong, I paid thousands for a turbo replacement, and the smoke problem still remains. I emailed Vice President Will and General Manager Dan with details, and they completely ignored me for over a week now. This dealership takes your money, fails to do the job right, and refuses accountability. Avoid at all costs.
Kemal was patient and really helpful when looking for my car. He’s one of the best to work with there.
