My wife and I worked with Bernardo this week to buy my daughter her first vehicle. I usually cringe when I have to go through the car purchasing experience, but Bernardo made it a joy. He was to the point, friendly, always willing to explain things better if needed, and knew if I said I wasn’t interested in something to not try to ask me again a different way. I would highly recommend heading his was for a BMW.
I was overcharged for my diagnostic. I was told it would be $239 to inspect the vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, I was actually charged $479. It is nowhere in writing that I would be charged double. Very shady business practices. Buyer beware! I was also quoted for unnecessary repairs: new battery ( when my battery is only 3 months old), oil change ( I just had my oil changed a few months ago) and brake fluid flush ( just had it done).
