I was overcharged for my diagnostic. I was told it would be $239 to inspect the vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, I was actually charged $479. It is nowhere in writing that I would be charged double. Very shady business practices. Buyer beware! I was also quoted for unnecessary repairs: new battery ( when my battery is only 3 months old), oil change ( I just had my oil changed a few months ago) and brake fluid flush ( just had it done). I have e experiences this dealerships in many ways. And wish there was another option in town. I prefer dealing with the dealerships in Des Moines or Lincoln vs 3 miles from my house.
Jim is the best! He was immediately on to what I was wanting and helped me get in my new X3. It honestly was the fastest and best car buying experience I have ever had. I love my car and thank you, Jim and the entire team that was so attentive!
Warning --> VERY squeaky brakes on a BMW X7, 1 wheel of 4. BMW says that's the way it is are will not do anything about it. Ok, if it's 1 out of 4 wheels, how is that way if only 1 of 4 does it. Didn't even try to resolve it. Brought it in several times, they will do nothing under warranty. They didn't even try a set of cheap pads or new rotors. Nothing. Ridiculous. I had a GMC truck, 1 tire had a brake issue. They fixed it under warranty put on a new caliper and smiled. GMC drives great. What is moral of story here? And no ... read more
