Warning --> VERY squeaky brakes on a BMW X7, 1 wheel of 4. BMW says that's the way it is are will not do anything about it. Ok, if it's 1 out of 4 wheels, how is that way if only 1 of 4 does it. Didn't even try to resolve it. Brought it in several times, they will do nothing under warranty. They didn't even try a set of cheap pads or new rotors. Nothing. Ridiculous. I had a GMC truck, 1 tire had a brake issue. They fixed it under warranty put on a new caliper and smiled. GMC drives great. What is moral of story here?
Great service, professional staff
This was my first time visit to this dealership to have recall work done, and to fix a TPMS error on the dash. The service was friendly and prompt, and I received a well formatted list of recommended services, in addition to fixing the tire pressure sensor fault. The icon in the list of offered services had a price of $239 to fix the TPMS problem. I thought that was a little high for a sensor, but felt that we may as well have them knock it out while the car was there for a recall anyway. What wasn’t made obvious in the list... read more
