I recently had a frustrating and costly experience with my 2013 BMW X3 at BMW of Northwest Arkansas: 7/24/2024: My car displayed a "Drivetrain Malfunction" error, so I took it to this dealership for repairs. 7/25/2024: The dealer diagnosed a battery issue and recommended replacing the battery and engine gaskets. I agreed and paid $4,000 ($2,000 out of pocket, $2,000 from my extended warranty). 7/26/2024: I got the car back. 7/28/2024: After driving less than 30 miles, the "Drivetrain Malfunction" error appeared again, and th... read more

ASK FOR YOUR OLD PARTS AND PICTURES I took my newly purchased 2020 BMW X1 to this dealer because of a random intermittent vibration I felt in the steering wheel. The Dealer stated the problem was: a loose engine mount and an unsecured AC line. Cost to repair: $1100. Day before I picked up the car, the service advisor reached out and said I needed to have the tires balanced as “they still felt some vibration”. The cost: $99.
