Brought my car because the dashboard keeps going out on my 2022 228i and they couldn't replicate it so they couldn't do anything. I had a picture of it happening and it's been to another dealer for the same issue and they saw it and thought they had it fixed but it wasn't. Showed service dept the photo. F, in service, said I had to have a VIDEO! Pictures obviously don't count. Have a video now and can't get them to take my call. WOW! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Renee Buckhanan 2 reviews just now New My 5 Series BMW is the worst BMW I've ever owned in my over 40 years of ownership. Or perhaps Ziegler BMW is the worst dealership ever! I took my vehicle into Ziegler BMW in Orland Park for a headlight outage and was quoted $6,800 to rectify the problem. This is truly outrageous. Please beware!!!
Miserable people to work with, m440 3 years old falling apart and all they do is pass the buck. Avoid newer bmw at all cost. Get an older one you can fix. Stay away from needing these folks or dealership assistance. Dealership told me they like certain warranty deals cause they can make money off them, and pass on the ones they don't.
