The service was spectacular and the service advisor JB is the best!!
As many BMW owners go through; my sunroof exploded, and the BMW dealership assured me they would handle it. After wasting a large amount of my time they told me I had to make a case with BMW of North America. I was also assured it would be handled by them, I spoke to Gabrielle who told me at the end of the day after reaching out to them around 10AM and that she is going on vacation and would be out. The Bad: I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with a recent mechanical issue on my 2018 BMW X5, which has only 54,000 miles on it. Despite regular maintenance and careful driving the vehicle's fuel pump failed unexpectedly, causing significant inconvenience and safety concerns. This premature failure is unacceptable for a luxury vehicle that is marketed for its reliability and superior engineering. Such a critical component should not fail at such low mileage.
