Miserable people to work with, m440 3 years old falling apart and all they do is pass the buck. Avoid newer bmw at all cost. Get an older one you can fix. Stay away from needing these folks or dealership assistance. Dealership told me they like certain warranty deals cause they can make money off them, and pass on the ones they don't.
The service was spectacular and the service advisor JB is the best!!
As many BMW owners go through; my sunroof exploded, and the BMW dealership assured me they would handle it. After wasting a large amount of my time they told me I had to make a case with BMW of North America. I was also assured it would be handled by them, I spoke to Gabrielle who told me at the end of the day after reaching out to them around 10AM and that she is going on vacation and would be out.
