My appointment was scheduled for date and time requested only 3 days prior. Quoted price and time was right on. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, cannot service K & N Air filter.
April 22, 2025 The service team at BMW of Newport did an excellent job for the maintenance of our BMW.
I went to this place to get my car serviced, everything was normal and the staff was friendly. The only downside was that the sticker on the back of my car was washed off when they washed my car。But they didn't give me any excuse.
The experience, from the time I stepped on the lot through the purchase, was a study in no pressure, professionalism. Milton Rogers and the whole team did a fantastic job; a great experience!
