Before moving to Mystic a few months ago, I’d enjoyed a high level of service over many years from a Mercedes and BMW dealership. I was totally spoiled. I had a fantastic experience with Amanda through an unfortunate event. Mice ate the cable harness on my brand new vehicle. Since the vehicle was so new, there were no available replacement parts in the US. We needed to wait on BMW Germany to ship them. Amanda went above and beyond to ensure I was fully aware of the status and time to repair. Amazing customer service!
I wanted to give this local dealership the benefit of doing my warranty service that I know they make alot of money on. I have a new Electic BMW I7. When I asked for a loaner car they said there was a wait to get one, which i could live with. Then I was told their loaner cars can only be driven 40 miles a day and in state only. I work in Hartford. No dealer has ever limited the miles I drive on a loaner. They are prohibiting me from even going to work. The service manager confirmed this and would not be flexible.
