I never thought I would give a 5 star review of a service department in a car dealership, but here we are. I have 10 years experience in prestige segment, retail auto sales and sales management. I am very well aware of what it takes to impress me. I'm impressed. That's a lot. Amanda is quick to respond, thorough and professional. Appointment, drop off, pick up, and in-between, very smooth.
Upon returning to our car as the Cross Sound Ferry was pulling into New London, we realized my right rear tire was completely flat - turned out to be an inch long piece of metal I must’ve driven over on our way to Orient Point. My wife and I were traveling home to the greater Boston area with our 2 chocolate labs, so we had over 100 miles of interstate driving to go which made having a run-flat irrelevant.
