Emily that answers the phone was very rude and disrespectful by transferring me to a manager that didn’t even pick up mid conversation as I was speaking. Jeffery the service advisor was rude and dismissive of my complaint. I was given one price over the phone for brakes and then when I got there that price went up from 700 to 900 and some change for taxes and fees that were not disclosed to me over the phone. I’d think twice before wasting any time with this dealership as well as Silvia. Bait and switch tactics taking place at this establishment. Thankfully there is plenty of competition to patronize.
Had to wait for 30 min for fixing mytrips which unfortunately they have zero idea about. Not sure but the hospitality is somewhat missing.
