Been here countless times and I have yet to have a bad experience. Ronaldo is THE advisor to go to. He keeps the process streamlined and does not pressure unnecessary services on you. Wouldn't go with anyone else.
I was very much disappointed with BMW of Murrieta when I purchased a car there this summer. Strange things began on the test drive. The salesperson, Dave, began the test drive by driving the vehicle himself! It was the strangest experience. I couldn't believe my eyes. It continued to feel odd when he demoed the "Hello BMW," voice assistant. Every car I have seen for a decade have had voice assistants, this was not helpful.
