This is unusual for BMW. That is, I had to spend more time arranging this service compared to my many experiences in the past. Although our service person, Ronaldo was very courteous, I had little time to retrive my car. First the cost was more expensive than necessary. I paid over $200 to change brake fluid and other fluids for my I3. I have very little miles on my car, and upon inspection, I would have hoped that I would be told that my brake fluid levels we fine. $1400 later, I picked up my car. This was the worst experience that I have had so far. I checked my car in for a 930 appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. It was not very busy and I was told that it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours to take care of my car. So I decided to wait. Two hours pas without a word so I fugure they need more time so I find my own way home. Once I get home I receive a call saying I need to have front and a back rear alignment and was told "I guess you do not want use to do it."
