I was greeted immediately for a regular service appointment, the intake with Jason was quick, loaner was ready, off I went. A few hours later I was notified the service was complete, I returned to picked up my clean BMW. Exemplary service as always at BMW of Mt. Laurel.
I have purchased or leased BMWs here for some 25 years and always appreciated my interactions with the full team in sales, services and Genius team. This is my 3rd or 4th purchase with Joel Mazie, and he is the consummate sales exec for your dealership and the BMW product. Joel was always available, candid and informative and helped us navigate and negotiate. Darnell Lacey even made the (sometimes mundane) finance and coverage conversation warm and welcoming. Both great representatives of Holman.
