I was recommended to **** Upon arrival we were greeted and taken care of by a great salesman ******. He sold the car we wanted process was smooth and easy. I closed my loan with the business finance manager ******, signed all paperwork paid half down on the 32k vehicle. 3 weeks later I was contacted by ****** in an extremely rude & disrespectful manner that I needed to come & resign paperwork because some how the bank lost the paperwork. Bought a car from them from out of state. ******* was helping with this deal. She gave a great condition report of the car after many questions I asked. She did clarify one issue it had, but at least she told me before doing the deal. When delivered, the condition was terrible. All rims were scuffed, windshield had a chunk taken out on it, damage on the rear bumper, deep paint damage on truck lid, seat control was missing the cover, and the cup holder cover didn't slide. Took vehicle in with warranty company repairs authorization. Vehicle was there for 7 weeks for authorized repairs. Once vehicle was picked up check engine light was now on which it was never on originally. BMW now says a new repair is needed costing $********0 which is more than vehicles value. Just was paid $ ****. already for unrelated repairs, unreasonable and astronomical price gouging scam.
