Great customer service. Car electrical issue resolved.
Will not return or recommend . So far 5 times now, they said we need a new alternator. That was years ago, still going on same alternatior and we verifed with other techs that it's fine. Last visit this year in 2026 advior was so rude. I'm a former BMW desk manager and am very disappointed wtih the level of service here. I've seen elderly customers get taken advantage of here.
