Great dealer, and people. And, fair price. Pleasure to deal with. Did right by me in every respect. I was complicated too. I did the whole deal over the phone and internet, since I live 4 hours away. The were very helpful and cooperative and got it done.

If I lived in Monterey, I would use BMW of Monterey all the time-my X1 had a computer crash while visiting and in a panic, I called Chris before driving 7 hours back home. He accommodated me right away even though I don't live there & was kind, patient, & made me feel confident I would be taken care of.
