I had a bad experience at BMW of Monrovia today. I brought my i5 in for a potentially dangerous loss of power recall. The service rep, Tim I think, logged in the car, told me it would be ready in a few hours, and suggested I do the yearly maintenance as long as the vehicle was in the shop for the recall repair, even though I’d only had it 8 months. Went to BMW of Monrovia to see a car we saw online. After test driving and staying in contact with the dealership. We ended up working with Yury and he was professional and helpful with our needs and even after we purchased the car and drove it home. He was still willing to help us out. I would definitely recommend the dealership and would be a returning customer in the future.
My experience with Ola is exceptionally great!! she would not able to get better price but she helped me every way and even made sure to give my daughter a snack !! Highly recommended
As a BMW driver, I had a very disappointing experience at BMW of Monrovia. The sales agent was extremely disrespectful toward me as a customer and made comments that felt racially biased. There was no real service provided, no professionalism, and no effort to assist. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any BMW dealership. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.
What a memorable fantastic experience i had at Mini Of Monrovia. Collin our sales advisor was simply on another level of the best customer service that we have ever received from any dealership that we have purchased our cars from. If only i could rate him with a 100stars instead of 10, i would certainly give him the 100. Thank you Collin and we will certainly return back to you for any future purchases.
