Collin was great! Only complaint was the time it took to get paperwork ready was excessive.
I’ve been trying to get an ETA on my bmw cpo warranty refund but when I call and talk to someone they place me on a hold for over an hour multiple times now. I submitted all the proper forms for the cancellation over 2 months ago now. Just a shady dealer all around. I just want to talk to the finance department and get this resolved.
Please don't go to this dealer，I bought a Mini Cooper S two years ago and purchased a maintenance plan. After using the car for a year, I decided to sell it.
