My salesperson Collin Cocores was so helpful and knowledgeable that the whole family walked away impressed and super excited about our purchase of our new Mini Countryman All 4 ! He took the time and patiently showed us the features of the infotainment system. Love it!
I had a great experience working with Collin at Mini of Monrovia. He was very friendly, calm, and low-pressure, which I appreciate. I think it took me about 3 visits and at least that many test drives (including one longer one) before I decided on the car. Also, they had bigger inventory and a broader selection of cars to choose from than any of the other dealers in the LA area.
Jovani has been an excellent service advisor throughout my entire ownership of my G30. He’s always helpful, professional, and informative. During my recent visit for a hose leak, he explained that it wasn’t covered under the CPO warranty but made sure I knew my extended warranty would take care of it. The process was smooth and stress-free thanks to him. I highly recommend Jovani to anyone looking to have their BMW serviced at the dealership.
